Northern Tanzania is blessed with some of East Africa’s most famous national parks. On this adventurous safari experience, you will visit three of these parks over three jam-packed days. Soak up the jaw-dropping landscapes and marvel at awe-inspiring wildlife on this one-of-a-kind excursion.
Day one of your Tanzania safari includes a trip to Tarangire National Park. The park takes its name from the Tarangire River, a valuable source of freshwater that attracts a diverse range of wildlife in huge numbers, especially during the dry season.
Next up is Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world. Due to its enclosed nature, this remarkable place has effectively formed its own ecosystem with some of Africa’s highest density of large mammal populations.
And then there’s Lake Manyara National Park! The unique tree-climbing lions are the stars of the show, but there are many more animal encounters waiting for you here. Vast elephant herds, hundreds of bird species, cheetah, buffalo, Masai giraffe, and impala are just a handful of the creatures you can observe here.
